The WHILD fund was created to help find a the best path forward for all plants and animals who call the the wilderness home.

The purpose of the Fund, spearheaded by Yampa Valley Community Foundation is to provide a permanent endowment that supports ongoing wildlife habitat improvement projects. These efforts include capital projects, planning, research, studies, management, enforcement, education and other wildlife habitat improvement projects.
